#TeenBlogSeries - Healthy Food Recipe

Teen Bloggers Anouska Millar (Anouska Millar) and Beth (Miss Beauty Obsession) have decided to start a project called #TeenBlogSeries. Its aim is to bring together lots of the teens/young adults in the blogging community. For the next ten consecutive weeks, over 80 bloggers will be writing every Monday at 6:30pm about many different things, all beauty, lifestyle or fashion related. I like this weeks post as it gives non-beauty/fashion bloggers another maybe easier option:
A Healthy Food Recipe
So I am making a Halloumi and Kidney Bean Salad!



You Will Need:
Halloumi
Kidney Beans
Green Salad
Mustard
Vinegar
Chopping Board
Knife
Scissors
Tea Spoon
Bowl 


First cut the halloumi into slices (however many you want) but not too thick or thin; too thick and it won't cook properly, too thin and it'll just burn.


Then place on the grill. Cooking time varies each time I make this so it is best to keep an eye on it regularly.


Next, add a teaspoon of mustard to a bowl.


Mix 100-150ml of vinegar with the mustard...


Then add the kidney beans to the mixture - this will act as the salad dressing for your halloumi.


Remember to wash the greens before putting them on a plate as the base of the salad.


Finally, use some tongs to remove the halloumi from the grill and place on top of the greens, pour the dressing over the top and...


TA-DA!
All done!
